This is very good advice. Embers may adhere to the hull and the transfer itself is likely to draw the fire to your new location. Using the nav prompt to "Go back to before" (to prevent it) thus becomes a recursive firestorm, which is why no one does it anymore. The few who did are likely in the Paleolithic by now. 😔
