Dreugan@susankayequinn The issue will be timing. Education and protesting will be ineffective, and a more direct resistance will be necessary. Preparing people and households for that needs to be part of this process or we won't have a chance when that day comes.

So many people who want to encourage violent resistance (or "more direct resistance will be necessary") do so by saying everything else is pointless/ineffective, and not only is that incorrect, it's accelerationist

@susankayequinn Don't be so naive. If you don't think a fascist oligarchy is capable of completely suppressing protests and fundamentally altering education at all levels, you need to brush up on history. Hitler accomplished it in 53 days. Stalin did it over the course of decades. The Chinese give us the best modern path. Just ask the students at Tianamen Square. He'll we've already done it once in WWII.
