@zackwhittaker while it's not nice to deny trans people any kind of equal rights, defining sex as just "biological sex" is based as fuck.

I hate that they don't acknowledge cases where nature is not very clear and that this (at least according to the article) denies some portion of equal rights to trans people, but sex itself *needs* to be driven based on nature. At least until we have found a way to fully defy the rules (gene manipulation etc.)

Note: don't confuse sex with gender.
