Question for those with #ComplexPTSD who were able to heal, to any degree. What pushed you to get help (whether therapy, support groups, self help, etc)? If you had that feeling that you weren't worthy of help/happiness/healing and that you deserved to suffer, how did you fight that feeling to start on the path to healing?
How long did it take you from realising you had #CPTSD to being in the right headspace to do something about your own wellbeing?
