I have obtained TSA pre-check with my correct gender marker on my passport!

The Clear employee who helped me was very nice, I got some queer / trans / non-binary vibes from them.

I got my passport before the anti-trans U.S. executive order. I knew the guidance from TSA is that my passport is valid until it expires, but I wasn't sure whether they would allow me to get TSA pre-check with it.

I hope this helps other trans folks. Please boost!

@sphakos

One side of me says we should boycott the USA, the other side of that says that by doing so, We are letting hate win, and should vist despite the risks.

Saying that think perhaps everyone should avoid the USA, Trump wants to make the USA richer, lets respond by helping the USA get poorer, and sure people there will suffer, but hopefully they will start to crack and then fight back.

We are seeing conferences cancelled due to fear of going to the USA to discuss science or other subjects.

Take care and keep well.

Clear and TSA Pre-Check are (were?) two different things, though, with Clear being a commercial offering (conferring them greater latitude on policies and associated implementation).
@sphakos Updating my existing precheck over email was surprisingly easy.
