@BlindHedgehogStew Hmm, there's a good amount of graphic elements for the UI, including a couple of piano keyboards but most of it is text. Not sure how tricky the tabs might be. Will have a closer look at https://www.boia.org/blog/nvda-screen-reader-an-overview-for-developers-and-content-creators

With #NVDA being totally #free and #opensource , anyone is okay to view and contribute to the source code if they know how. Your biggest thing would be to make the UI feel as tolerable to a blind user as it'd be to a sighted person.
