Today I spent quite some time in the library of The University of Texas at Dallas. The UTD was founded by Texas Instruments as an advanced research center, and luckily a friend pointed out to me that as a consequence they were likely to have a lot on early electronics in their library. And yes: found great background material for my upcoming project on alternative semiconductor timelines...
