#xfce is dropping a 4.21 dev release, and all I can think is… damn, we moving fast for xfce. 💀

Indeed.

Aside from all of the other work going on, there is also a concerted effort to migrate from using #autotools to #meson for builds.

@kevinbowen I did catch a bit of the convo on meson change on the matrix. It seems I should really be spending some time with the changes coming up as soon as I can, as that will greatly effect ports I maintain for #crux with this change. At least I know I’ve got plenty of time for now ;)

#Xfce has been mostly consistent(knock on wood) in keeping an ~2 year release cadence since 4.14. So, yeah, plenty of time... roughly 20 months for 4.22!

No promises or guarantees from me though. 😉
