Currently learning how to play #Starforged and as I apparently enjoy the journaling part of it I just built myself a traveler's notebook 😊 Apart from two notebook inserts, this also has an insert for holding my character sheet and my assets, plus a move cheat sheet.

The weather is triggering my chronic vertigo hard, so today I figured out how to play #StarForged with my setup while lying down on the couch: A lap desk (usually for my notebook) for writing on and a dice app on my phone, and boom, managed to do a 90min session 😊

@foosel

This looks delightful!

Is this same-same?

@401matthall Yes, exactly that! The fantasy variant - Ironsworn - is free if you want to give it a try or at least a read first!

@foosel

I love that there's a house out there pushing the envelope. I don't mind buying and trying at the same time.

How exciting! Thanks so much for sharing!

@foosel Woooot note taking! Do you write in it during session or do you fill it in after? I do the later as I am awful at taking notes live, unless I want it to look like a notebook of a madman 😅.

@MichaelsMind During session, it helps me visualize what's going on without voicing it.

The quality of the writing might not be my best, but the important thing is to make me imagine the current situation.

I jot down the prose in black and the game bits (here moves and rolls) in blue.

@foosel apparently I already boosted this when it freshly came out, but I just wanted to say that I absolutely love the style of your notebook!
@daniel_bohrer Thank you very much 😊
