I went shopping at Aldi for the first time after a failed attempt a few years ago (no quarter or bags).

It was more bare and open than I expected, with fewer selections than most grocery stores, and even many places that sell groceries on the side, like Target, but the prices were good, some of them fantastic ($2.99 for a pint of strawberries), and I was shocked at the apparent high quality of their fresh salmon.

@ricardoharvin wait until they increase their prices and the produce isn’t that fresh anymore. We have had aldi since the 90s and now they have lost their main customer group. Most people just go there for the weekly sales of random items these days. Lidl is the same.
