The Alien Enemies Act (AEA) hearing has concluded and #Trump Admin has been blocked NATIONWIDE for the next 14 days from using the AEA against “all non-citizens in US custody” subject to Trump’s Exec Order.

BOASBERG GRANTS A 14-DAY TRO AGAINST TRUMP ADMIN barring use of the AEA against any person who falls w/in the following class definition.

"All noncitizens in US custody who are subject to the [AEA] Proclamation and its implementation"

Nayib Bukele just said that 238 people he claimed were members of TdA arrived in El Salvador TODAY. This may mean that DHS did NOT adhere to Judge Boasberg's order that planes in the air be turned back. If so, it would be--by far--the biggest act of defiance against a judge's order.
