It’s been just over six months since I retired from Apple, and at almost exactly the six-month mark I gave myself a new job: Commercial landlord!

I now own a building in downtown San José near the convention center and museums that has a few tenants and a couple of large empty spaces that I’ll be turning into The Museum of Technical and Advanced Computing.
