There's only attaching the bodice lining onto the arm's eye left in the #1890sCheckJacket - sleeve lining is in, everything else is done as well. It's going to be a bit fiddly, and the jacket weighs a tonne... So I'm not exactly thrilled to start doing it, though I'll probably at least try to get it tacked on, so I can see if it's started to pull for any reason between when I fitted it and now.

The sleeve lining goes on the cuff in the simplest imaginable way: Make sure it's the right length to the cuff edge, just put the whole jacket on and flail arms about to make sure it doesn't pull. Trim lining, push it back a distance according to taste so that it's slightly long in there and won't rip the first time you put the jacket on a bit aggressively or bend your arm, or peek out... Turn a hem, stitch it down. Nobody's ever going to see it anyway, don't sweat it, done.

Normally you'd maybe make a lot of neat tiny stitches, but the pressed turn of the cuff is going to stay put as is, and the bite of the needle through all layers might make some of the stitches visible from the right side, so... Sparser is nicer, unless you're working with very fine materials.
