Now some of us will end up stuck on some brands. We have such big monopolies there will be at least some people with necessities (real ones) they can't fulfill elsewhere.
But the more fascist brands we can collectively shed, the better. And for those necessities we're stuck with, brands will notice they can step in and take market share.
