I should note that "GA Pathways" is a limited Medicaid "expansion" program w/"work reporting" requirements. Enrollment is just ~6,500 statewide. For comparison, NC (w/a similar population size) has ~630,000 enrolled in full ACA expansion. GA Pathways is what House Republicans plan for EVERY state.

In other words, if every expansion state were to change that to a "GA Pathways"-style program (which also has massive administration overhead costs), up to 99% of those currently enrolled via expansion would likely lose Medicaid coverage even though most of them DO work/go to school full time/etc.
