@lyonsinbeta In Chicago, the harshness of our winters can vary. That's the main reason I sprung for a walking treatmill; at least I can get some activity if winter gets nasty.
@chartier that's totally fair. I live in the mountain West so I can empathize.
I still should walk away from my desk more, even if it is just around my house. 🚶♂️
Troy Gaul@chartier Which or their treadmills do you have, and are you happy with it? I’ve been looking at them recently (the R3 looks good to me, but it's pre-order on their site).
@tgaul I have the A1 Pro, and yeah I’m pretty happy with it. The app is a little finicky but it’s solid. I usually do ~ 2 mile walks on it, want to push to 3, and it sends those to Apple Health.
