Usually, I work from the background to the foreground, but this time I made an exception. Since both the clouds and the snow-covered ground uses similar colors, I decided to stick with a similar palette up until it was time to work on the sunset itself. Here we see the large fields of the Fairgrounds, the large barn and the distant mountains.
