using Linux fo 5 years now, most of the issue I had (I am thinking maybe ALL of them) where because of my nvidia graphic card.

I heard it was because of some incompability ? Also, mine is quite old... maybe it got better now ? I heard about linux/Nvidia conflict, without knowing what it is about exactly.
