@forrestbrazeal This just made me realize how many years it's been since I've even remembered Gartner exists, much less used one of their reports to try to convince upper management that I actually know what the fuck I'm talking about and they should just give me the goddam budget to do the work that then they'll claim all the credit for. Those were good years and I'm looking forward to getting back to them immediately after I send this reply.
