OggieIt has been made abundantly clear to me that this new administration actually feels that HIV is a moral disease- we're going very hard back to the 80s stance on AIDS.
It's a wild direction and not something I was thinking was even likely, but it is difficult to square most of what theyv'e said and done any other way.
