@rbreich There's no category of people that they believe should be kept alive based on humanity, you have to continually justify your existence to the oligarchy.

Taking away all safety and security lets the serfs efficiently sort themselves out into employable vs dead.

@rbreich weird. Usually you do the tax break first and then you proclaim that things that help the 99% are “too expensive”. They’re putting the cart in front of the horse?
