Are there examples of films shot entirely with a normal perspective lens? If a close up or wide shot was used, the camera itself had to move?

No telephoto, wide angle, or zoom lenses?

I can imagine there are great swaths of films from the silent era shot exactly this way (some didn’t even move the camera.)
