Gaah, how do you deal with general feeling of "everything's shit"?

The work thing I used to love and felt like it was impactful (Unity) has been going downhill for many years, and so far does not look like it wants to stop going downhill.

What I dabble with now (Blender) feels useful, but I'm too afraid to take on more impactful areas/work/responsibilities.

And then, everything outside of "just ye olde coding" feels like it is going to shit.

Argh!

Hey @aras 1st off: it saddens me to read that!! I really hope you find ways to deal with this shit feeling and you can get some relief out of these comments 🤞
2nd: not that I want anyone to feel that way but it's just a little .. helpful to see I'm not alone. Going through the worst phase of my life atm.
@aras Things that honestly helped me in the past:
• being face 2 face with lovely people
• therapists (doesn't have to be full blown therapy right away, at least talking to a pro that's outside of ones circles is SO good)
• meditation
• when being overwhelmed with shit: Try looking away from the shitberg for now, Pick ONE first thing that you can approach, that you can get under control right now. Can be laundry or making someone happy something small. Do it. Might already be better a bit then.
