Instead of "greenhouse gas emissions" maybe "greenhouse gas releases".
Etc. Different, but equivalent meaning words… Different enough to trip up all but the most computationally expensive search algorithms. It'll either cause a flood of material bypassing the filters (because it's a simple `grep`) or the rate will slow right down because they have to throw it at a LLM.
It might be worth considering a truetype font that takes words encoded using the Unicode "private use area" characters and produces these words to smuggle some things through too.
greenpepper22@stuartl @Lazarou I feel like there’s a lot of options here, “a study on atmospheric instability that could interfere with rocket launches” cuz like it would be harder to launch spaceX rockets if there’s hurricanes caused by climate change all the time. “The dangers of coastal erosion to resorts” could work too

quixote@Lazarou Once upon a time, many years ago, before things got this bad but when they were starting (later Reagan years), there were fundamentalist congressmen yammering about all the nasty evolution stuff the NSF funded.
So when we evolutionary biologists applied for grants we were told it would be a good idea to use terms like 'context-responsive heritable traits' or some such nonsense.
That time the problem faded. This time looks an order of magnitude worse.
