My son recently brought me some clothes to mend in a rusty wire box. I’m sensed them back mended in this new bag I made using the free pattern from Birch Fabrics: Ipanema Beach Bag. I’ve had a lot of fun making the bag, but I haven’t gotten around to the mending yet—- priorities ya know

Sturdy, eye-catching, and...super comfy?!?   Why does that "from above" shot make me want to just hop in & curl up for a nap?😅

BIG fan of handle straps that go all the way to the bottom of the bag!😘👌 Are they connected to the handle straps on the other side underneath the polka dot bottom? Or do they end an inch or two after they meet it?🤔

@GoodNewsGreyShoes hello, the handles do not go under the bag- they stop at the bottom edge. This bag is very squishable and cozy. Perfect sleeping bag for a cat I guess.
