In my experience, it's the anarcho-transhumanist who are the most progressive of all leftists. What I feel like is happening currently is that people are losing optimism and turning to pessimism due to how bad climate change is getting. Because of that, people are becoming desperate and hopeless leading them to become more reactionary and conservative. On top of that, Elon Musk is becoming mainstream with his connections to Trump and all that. And because of that, Is becoming the face of all things related to tech. Which is making people more anti-tech, naturalist, and bioconservative in response to that. What I think needs to happen is we need to revive the optimism on the left. an alliance of all pro-tech leftists. to create an alternative to both the anti-tech people and the tech bros. To show people that there is another way, and there's still hope for a post-capitalist, post-scarcity future.
