The eldest asked for a bunny or a cat. So I used the Bunny Buddies pattern from Cilla Webb (https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/bunny-buddies-2), using safety eyes and nose instead of embroidery. I started stitching it up as I went and decided that it didn’t need the legs or arms. It was also a really quick knit! Only took a couple of hours. Eldest is very happy.

Sometimes you simply need to knit something silly… And these cute little bunny buddies are exactly that! My boys have gone mad over these little gems and I’m sure they’ll brighten up anyone’s day. The best part about these, is that they knit up really quickly and require very little yarn. The perfect tashbusters for those leftover bits of yarn we are all guilty of keeping… just in case :slightly_smiling_face:

I love this so much. I don't know what it is about the kinda egg shaped face that gets me but it is so good.

@ApricotAnt I think that’s why I decided it didn’t need legs. The shape is just too cute to add to.
