@Piratenpartij swapping to #loops is not possible right now, they're not accepting new users, says so on the landing page.

Plus I really don't know if the infrastructure is there yet. I recently was approved to join the platform, it took about 2 days before I was given access. It's only accessible via the beta iOS app or Android sdk, no browser viewing support as far as I could find.
