@60infoK as a note, I am not too sure #Matrix ❤️ is actually part of the Fédiverse - if Fédi = ActivityPub. And I don't know of any Fédi - Matrix bridge.

Which is a pity 😭 but maybe I missed something. @matrix ?

@politipet @60infoK https://docs.kazar.ma/ is one such bridge. But Fediverse is probably more than ActivityPub anyway - some people count Matrix as part of it.

Thanks for showing interest in #kazarma. We know it's relevant but seeing demand is always nice :)

Work on kazarma has been on pause because we focused on another project (we welcomed a developer that will help us progress on both fronts).
It has also been longer than planned since we figured that we had to accommodate both people that want easy bridging and people that don't even want to be found from another network.

To that end notably, we will start by releasing a version that Matrix homeserver administrators will have to deploy in order to bridge their users to ActivityPub.
If all goes well, we will deploy a public instance that will also work for federated Matrix users, even if their administrators haven't install kazarma.
Then you'll be able to post on the ActivityPub fediverse from the room of your choosing.

We'll try to communicate as much as possible on our progress :)
