@streetartutopia not landlords, they only enforce rules set by others. real problem is owners setting unrealistic prices since they live in some remote location unaffected by the property (such as property in Arizona and owner in New York). in that case, they price would be determined by NY prices even though AZ prices are a fraction of NY prices. even worse, renters (in AZ) getting hold of the owner (in NY) would be impossible, even going through the government.
