Congress has guaranteed pay regardless if in session, in meeting, vacation, shutdown, doing nothing. Other workers only paid when doing productive work as defined by employer. When on vacation, shutdown, or other nonproductive time are not getting paid. Demand Congress follow same standard. When vacation, shutdown, doing nothing, retired, other nonproductive time will not get paid.

Workers are "paying" 40% of our paychecks while the billionaires are "paying" are real amount of -10% (they actually get more back than they pay). The real amount that workers are paying comes closer to 66% while the billionaires get as high as 1%. Eliminate the tax withholding on workers and everyone else below 0.5 billion. Above that level, charge them 49% and eliminate all deductions, credits, and other reductions.
