Hey, girl, let's open a bottle of wine and play...uh, a board game...about wine. And grapes!

Viticulture is by far one of the coziest board games around. If you've already played a few board games in your life, you can confidently add the Tuscany expansion. And some wine! I know it's a cliché, but there's a reason for it.

What are your favorite cozy board games?

@alex_doppelganger I use to find tile placement (Carcassone, Dorf Romantik, Cascadia) and pattern building (Azul, Sagrada, Harmonies) boardgames very cozy.
@Moonrider_acme Seconded on Carcassonne and Cascadia. 😁 I heard a lot of great things about Dorfromantik, but didn't manage to get my hands on it yet. Thank you for your recommendation!
@alex_doppelganger I love Carcassone. But I was recently given "Autumn Harvest: A Tea Dragon Society Game", for which "cosy" is a rank understatement. The whole thing is just a giant group hug: https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/315138/autumn-harvest-a-tea-dragon-society-game

@fishidwardrobe Oh, hey, I heard about this one. It definitely looks cozy, thanks for the recommendation. :D I'll see if my LGS has it.
@alex_doppelganger Viticulture is indeed super cozy, love it! At my house, our cozy choices tend to be nature themed games like Wingspan or Forest Shuffle
@nolando I just got into Forest Shuffle and I really really love the artwork.
@alex_doppelganger Azul, I guess? Normally I like games with thorns.
@Mollarom Azul is pretty cozy in terms of games with thorns, indeed. :))
