Today is "#LargeBoulderTheSizeOfASmallBoulder" day, for those who celebrate.
@FeralRobots Still wondering exactly how big A large boulder the size of a large boulder is.
@pattykimura @FeralRobots If I have the scale right, it's 10 times bigger than a large boulder the size of a small boulder.
@pattykimura @FeralRobots No, apparently it's only 4 times bigger:
According to the Wentworth classification (1924) the lower limit of the boulder grain size is 25.6cm. A small boulder is 25.6–51.2cm, a medium boulder 51.2cm-102.4cm, a large boulder 102.4-204.8cm and a very large boulder is anything larger than that.
@pattykimura @FeralRobots Which means that the large boulder the size of a small boulder in this picture is actually a medium boulder.

@rupert @FeralRobots

Lol. You are killing me.
