It's black-letter law that a person has no expectation of privacy in a public space or place of public accommodation, or anywhere visible from such a place. If you're on Xitter, you can make private posts, and hacking those would be illegal. But anything you choose to make public is free for anyone else with access to copy and share. And LEOs won't do shit about it.
