@AlexJimenez weirdly HR does a lot more than recruiting, such as legal compliance which AI has repeatedly shown its terrible at. Most humans are going to get frustrated dealing with AI. I can’t stand even doing self checkouts I can’t imagine the torture of talking to an AI chat bot to get a job.

@Walican132 I agree. Some of this stuff should get HR teams to look at how they keep the human part of HR at the forefront. Frankly, I’ve never been a fan of HR. It has always felt like the chief snitching department.
