Eric Frey1. Sign in to the website with the account associated with your subscription: Microsoft Account | Services & Subscriptions
2. Find your Microsoft 365 personal/family subscription and select Manage.
3. Select Cancel subscription.
4. Look under Switch to a subscription that's better for you, and then select Microsoft 365 Family/Personal Classic, whichever applies.
5. Follow the instructions to complete the order. When your existing subscription expires, your subscription will automatically renew to Classic.
