Rainbow Rights FREE Workshop - Sign Up

We look forward to your joining us for a two-hour workshop on Zoom, orienting you to the Rainbow Rights publication which launched in November 2024. We will offer TWO FREE workshops, ON ZOOM, to the general public at these times: WEDNESDAY January 22nd 2025 from 1-3pm AST WEDNESDAY February 12th 2025 from 6-8pm AST Our goal: support folks in Nova Scotia (Mi’kma’ki) to understand their human rights and what options and resources are available to them if they face discrimination. Our workshop will review things like: ✨ Human rights protections, including provincial and federal human rights legislation, ✨A review of other legal protections, and ✨ How to stay sane and self-advocate in sustainable ways This workshop is designed for queer folks themselves, and those who support the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.
