That's the level for very good reasons we agreed on not surpassing. Getting passed that level we are heading for increases that will be far beyond anything we can do about them.
This is crucially why critical, not superficial, change has to come. Put CO2 out on all services and products and fix an equal limit each and everyone has to abide by. To start this in Europe, add your name here. It's urgent and this is serious :
