「拡張ビジュアル検索」をオフに変更できます

Macでは
写真→設定

iOSと同様、一番下にある
「拡張ビジュアル検索」のチェックを外すことができます

オンのままでは「データをAppleのサーバーと照合する」とのことですので、オフにすることを強くオススメします
