@[email protected] I wasn't describing her as it. My meaning was more as in .. I didn't realise 'it' - as in the exchange, was from her.
Tbf I only replied to every rude reply with one back - I was putting up with her as much as she was putting up with me & her first reply to me (& others) was arrogant & unpleasant vs my initial reply. I should have really looked at her profile before responding.
