I got a chance to watch this video and...wow. She says that her #ScheduleA aren't expensive because they're on contingency (which we always suspected) and, in fact, make her money. Interesting comments too about how the defendants are "batched" (unsurprisingly, nothing about them working together).

Of course, as with the Luke Combs comments, something may be lost in translation between the attorneys and their clients. But it's still fascinating to hear what those clients say publicly. If you see other examples, please send them my way.
In the video, she also talks about patents but I'm only seeing copyright cases.
She does have patents, though:
Not seeing any lawsuits, of any type, file over either patent.
It's worth noting that both of these design patents contain *extremely* narrow claims.
