This is the same company that, when their delivery assholes leave things on the concrete instead of where I told them, tells ME to update my delivery instructions. No, teach your drivers to read. My actual address-line-2 on every single package is "STUFF GOES ON SMALL BLACK TABLE BY THE DOOR."
