If they bring you joy, leave them up. Though my girlfriend did worry that the people across the alleyway will see the lights still on in mid to late January and send the cops to do a wellness check š
@retrosponge @Graham_LRR I've definitely gotten less judgy about people putting them up early, claw whatever happiness you can out of life. Similarly, a couple years ago we had a winter where literally nothing could go right so we left everything up until March š
@somedaypilot @Graham_LRR I've always put them up on December 1st with almost no exceptions.
I love Christmas and the only thing I get cranky about is when the shops have Christmas stuff out before it's even Halloween.
Maybe I should just leave them up till the end of February since that's my birthday š
