Oh, and my next novel comes out next Tuesday: it's "A Conventional Boy" and it's only on hardcover and ebook for now.

@coldclimate If you're in the US/Canada, Tor.com, the publisher, does not apply DRM. If you're in the EU, Orbit (the UK publisher) is part of Hachette who require DRM on *everything*. In which case I suggest you investigate DRMTools on Github. (I can't link to it for contractual reasons.)

(Short answer, though, is "buy the most expensive edition from the smallest retailer—ideally an independent specialist SF/F bookstore".)
