Morten@pcawdron Even when measles doesn't kill you it is a very troublesome disease. Like HIV it attacks the immune system so you can lose the ability to recognize some of the disease you've already encountered or been vaccinated against.
Unlike HIV you can't get chronic or dormant measles.
