Just finished. My only critique: based on the stories coming out in the last few weeks, the health insurance fails in the story don't sound nearly gratuitous enough. The denied treatments in the story were experimental, at least? But I suppose that's a consequence of it having been published before the true industrialization of healthcare denial, before stanard, absolutely non-controversial, bog-standard care is denied, just because.
