No, healthcare is *not* better in North Korea than in USA.
But in Cuba it is on-par and available. Life expectancy is at 78 years in both countries.

@enoch_exe_inc @alex_mastodon It's exactly the same! All docs are trained in schools in the US or France or countries where medicine is the best... it's not the quality of HC now around the world that's the issue it's ACCESS!!
@VeroniqueB99 @enoch_exe_inc @alex_mastodon Still, sanctions against the import of vital medical (and agricultural) supplies and equipment has hampered North Korea’s healthcare system to the point where lifesaving procedures cannot be safely performed in certain months of the year, particularly the winter.
And that’s just…messed up. Look, all technology is dual use. My chair is as good for sitting on as it is for bashing someone over the head. This madness has to stop.
