And the answer isโฆ
1) Air France
2) Airbus A220
The winglet is specific to that aircraft, and the winged seahorse is an historic logo from Air Orient which merged to create Air France in 1933.
The other merger partners included Sociรฉtรฉ Gรฉnรฉrale des Transports Aรฉriens, founded in 1905.
Shown below are the (wonderful, in my opinion) original logos.
You will find the winged seahorse elsewhere on Air France.
