Honestly, get a nothing phone, it can have it's bootloader unlocked hassle free just as easy as the pixel and cheaper

GOS & Calyx don't support the Nothing Phone, though (last I checked).
A cheapo pixel is a really good choice. They usually get discounted right before the new models roll out, and the #A models are still quite good. I was loving my 4a 5G and would still be using it, if not an unfortunate mishap involving a swimming pool. ;)
