Hmm, just for fun, let's look up the cleanup procedures for norovirus. (No norovirus here, but seeing a friend here whose family has come down with it). Interestingly enough, hand sanitizer doesn't work with norovirus. Looks like soap and water ALSO don't work very well. (requires bleach). ALSO (not on this handout), heating food may not necessarily remove noro. AND, it floats through the air. 🤢
